About the role

The maintenance and growth of existing accounts along with the development of new client relationships through proactive regular contact within the Independent Retail and Interior Design markets.

You will be responsible for the external sales budget within the Interiors sector West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Peterborough and Teeside Postcodes Manage the portfolio of existing customer accounts through regular planned customer visits and telephone contact.

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy for existing and new customers
  • Create targeted campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team aligned to the defined development strategy.
  • Forecast of material requirements for the timely delivery of products will be part of your remit

Your role will require you to progress opportunities with decision makers in the following customer types;

  • Independent Retailers
  • Interior Designers

About the individual

We are looking for a sales professional who has experience working within the Commercial Interiors sector Floorcoverings, KBB, Ceramic Tiles, Furniture or Lighting. The successful individual will have experience dealing with Independent Retailers, Interior Designers and Contractors
