Patience, creativity, and a passion for education are key, along with the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support for a pupil with additional needs
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
- Help the pupil access learning materials and develop social and communication skills

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child's life while working in a supportive and community-focused environment.
If you have a passion for helping young learners succeed and enjoy working in a dynamic, supportive setting, we would love to hear from you.
