Description
- Provide comprehensive tax advice to clients in relation to Inheritance Tax (IHT), Trusts and Probate matters.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for high net worth individuals and families.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client service.
- Maintain and grow the client base by providing exceptional service and advice.
- Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and communicate these effectively to clients.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Participate in business development activities to promote the company's tax services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Profile
A successful IHT, Trusts & Probate Private Client Tax Director / Lawyer should have:
