Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to be based in Elland near Halifax
This role is fully on-site Monday-Friday
The contract is initially for 3 months
The Successful Candidate Must
- Have a confident telephone manner
- Have an interest in the IT Sector
- Be able to provide first line IT support to users
- Escalate issues when they cannot be resolved initially
- Document all calls, issues and resolutions received by the Service Desk
Previous IT Experience Is Advantageous But Not Essential
