This manufacturing business is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. They are a well-established business with a lot of opportunity to develop your skill set and knowledge.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing support to the sales team including providing excellent customer service to their customers, providing end-to-end support with the order process, providing and creating quotes, updating customers with their orders, and notifying with deliveries. You will also be supporting with any customer queries and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience within a sales coordination role will help you succeed in this role. You also ideally come from a manufacturing background. You have excellent customer service and communication skills along with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude and a team player. You're highly organised with excellent attention to detail. You're able to get to the office in Middleton 5 days a week too.
What you'll get in return
