You will have:
- A background in property
- A full license and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
The role will entail:
- Carry out property inspections
- Create and distribute reports on inspections after property visits
- Raise works orders and oversee works instructed
- Liaise with clients & contractors
