We are currently seeking an Estimator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating and interpreting specifications for our balconies.

Working with other Estimators, Project Leads, Account Managers and the sales team, you will calculate the costings of projects to enable the sales team to win and deliver projects on time and to budget.

You will also deal with a variety of enquiries, looking through drawing packs and reading drawings to put together pricing for projects.

Additionally, you will:

  • Prepare client presentations and proposals
  • Attend regular team meetings

About You

To be considered as an Estimator, you will need:

  • Experience in construction
  • Good Excel and maths skills
  • The ability to manage a conflicting workload and mitigate change
  • Good commercial awareness and eye for detail
