Assembly Operative: Role and Responsibilities
- Assemble parts as per the build instructions
- Visual quality check to ensure standards are in line with client specifications
- Ensure that all work is manufactured in accordance with the production plan and to the correct quality standard and meet the customer delivery dates;
- Support team leaders and supervisors to assist with resolving production issues as and when required
Assembly Operative: Skills and Abilities
- The ability to read, understand and follow the relevant worksheet instructions
- Prior experience in a manual production role
- A great attitude and desire to perform well
