Reward Consultant - A London based professional services company are looking to hire a Reward Consultant on a 3-month contract basis to start asap.
Reward Consultant - Skills and Experience:
- Experienced Reward Lead or Consultant from a sales environment
- Experience of commission schemes (Essential)
- Skilled in the review of comms, sales salary banding, ad-hoc bonuses
- Some exposure to global reward (UK + others. US ideally)
- Strong financial modellimng skills
