We are looking to recruit a confident staff who can help us to grow this new business , looking to build and their career in the property industry.We are looking for knowledgeable and experienced in Customer Service,Sales & Letting Negottiaitor.

The role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Sales Progression
  • Sales & Lettings Viewings
  • Property Management

Areas we cover include: Greater Manchester

The candidate must have both sales progression and property management experience. the basic salary will be dependent on level of experience.

Additional commissions payable & Highly Rewarded if they can contribute to grow this Company.

Pay: Upto £30,000.00 per year or £12-£18 ph Depending on Experience

Experience:

  • Property Sales Progression: 1 year (preferred)

  • Worked in a Estate Agent : 1 Year (Preffered)

Role also involves :

You will be speaking to our customers daily.

  • You will be investigating and problem solving.
  • You will be liaising with various departments through the business.
  • Update and maintain notes on our system.
  • Proactive approach required.
  • Organising your own daily workflow.
  • Negotiation and Objection Handling skills are key.

  • You will already have experience in delivering outstanding customer service.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 20-40 hours per week
  • Overtime (optional)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: Immidiate
