Position Overview:

As the Dental Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the entire dental team. You will be responsible for understanding and embodying the vision and culture of of the clinic while overseeing various operational aspects, including compliance, HR, complaint handling, managing KPIs, budget oversight, rota management and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and clinic policies to uphold standards of excellence and patient safety.
  • Manage HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management and staff development.
  • Handle patient complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring resolution and maintaining patient satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial sustainability.
  • Manage staff rota scheduling to optimize clinic efficiency and ensure adequate coverage including Saturdays
  • Oversee payroll processing and clinician compensation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in dental practice management or a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of dental clinic operations, compliance requirements and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
