Location: Towcester

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

Please note this role is fully office-based

Our client is based in Towcester specialises in supplying and installing a wide range of fencing to suit all needs and locations, including perimeter security fencing systems, security gates, and automation or access control systems.

They are looking for a Business Development Administrator to support the Business Development team. Responsibilities to include:

The core role would be -

  • Manage Sales inbox account - Incoming and outgoing.
  • Be driven to contribute to the success of the group.
  • Ability to resource new leads from multiple avenues.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • To assist the BD team in delivery of quotations.
  • To follow up calls to quotations with clients.
  • Action website enquiries, liaise with Business.
  • Maintain a Customer Care programme via telephone calls, sharing feedback within the team and operations.
  • To ensure LinkedIn page and posts are added regularly.
  • Ensure regular Case Studies are produced and available to be sent to potential and existing clients
  • Organisational skills to implement a shared working calendar.
