DATA QUALITY MANAGER

UP TO £70,000 PER ANNUM (+ BONUS)

REMOTE (TWICE PER MONTH IN HAMPSHIRE)

A leading retailer is seeking a technically skilled Data Quality Manager to deliver a Data Strategy across the business. as part of a wider transformation. This role will require strong SQL coding, experience with retail / customer data, and a passion for improving Data Quality within an organisation.

THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:

As a Data Quality Manager you will be the driving force behind the Data Strategy and implementing rules and measures for a wider transformational peiece.

In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Developing and delivering a Data Quality strategy & framework
  • Merging multiple customer datasets to deliver a single version of the truth
  • Leading and developing the skills of a team of Data Quality Analysts
  • Identifying future Data Quality issues and responding appropriately

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful Data Quality Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Skill coding in SQL - able to effectively write code from scratch
  • Strong recent experience of delivering Data Quality initiatives into a business
  • Experience with retail / customer data
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to elicit requirements, perform gap analysis and deliver strategy that meets these needs
  • Passionate about establishing Data Quality within a large, complex organisation

THE BENEFITS:

The successful Data Quality Manager will receive a salary of up to £70,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus and a host of other benefits.
