Hoop PS&HR are so excited to partner with a successful learning provider that has been delivering exceptional educational services since 2014. Our client is dedicated to offering high-quality learning experiences and are looking to expand their team with a dedicated Recruitment Specialist.

As the Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting tutors for our client's diverse range of courses. This role is distinct from internal recruitment and focuses on attracting external talent. You will play a key role in networking, building relationships with universities and colleges, and implementing innovative strategies to attract the best tutors. This is an autonomous position that allows you to take ownership and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and recruit qualified tutors for various courses offered by the client.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to create a pipeline of potential tutors.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including thinking outside the box to find innovative solutions.
  • Serve as a natural relationship builder, fostering long-term connections with educational professionals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Take full ownership of the role, managing your workload and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to develop creative recruitment strategies and think outside the box.
  • Strong ability to manage your own workload, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Thorough understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
