My esteemed client is looking for an experienced Business Support Lead to manage their small Business Support Team. Key tasks
Managing the Business Support Team, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Oversee facilities and office management, including associate onboarding
- Support professional proposals, reports and presentations from creation to maintenance
- Provide support for any project submissions
- Point of contact for internal and external calls for the office and offsite team
- Support website admin including maintenance and updates
- Continuously strive to develop your skills and knowledge
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in office management
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Office Suite knowledge
- Good team leadership skills
- Commercial and creative approach
- Personable, with an aptitude for building good relationships
- Ability to work under pressure, and manage personal workload
Beneficial:
- Professional qualification in IT or Administration
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
- Proof reading skills
