Managerial Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with Partners to ensure the smooth operation of the team
- Oversee tax filings and provide strategic tax advice
- Lead client consultations and advise on complex tax matters
- Manage personal, corporation, trust, and partnership tax compliance and planning
- Adhere to ICAEW Practice Assurance Standards
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
Required Attributes and Experience:
- CTA qualified
- Confident in consulting with clients on a one-to-one basis
- Highly organised
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Familiarity with software such as CCH Personal Tax & Central or CorTax
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
