We are recruiting for our Client in the Chertsey area for a skilled Production Manager to oversee the workflow from sales to stock/supply and manage the entire lifecycle of the production department to ensure on-time delivery. The successful applicant will be very analytical, a strong communicator with the ability to manage up and down. It is critical that the Production Manager will have previous experience managing a production environment with an emphasis on on-time delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the workflow from sales to stock/supply and manage through the entire production lifecycle.
- Ensure on-time delivery of all products.
- Manage and support two Team Leaders and oversee a number of Assembly Technicians.
- Implement and maintain efficient production processes.
- Analyse production data and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a production environment with a focus on on-time delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage up and down.
- Ability to implement and improve production processes.
- Experience in managing and supporting teams to achieve production targets.
