Building Safety Officer - Part Time

Work Pattern: Monday & Tuesday, 14 hours per week

We are looking for a Building Safety Officer to join our Fire Safety Team, to work on a wide variety of projects. The Fire Safety Team deliver diverse projects, focusing on Fire Risk Assessment improvements of our buildings.

We want someone to join our team who wants to contribute to continually improving building safety to our properties and provide homes that are a foundation for life_._

In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Building Safety Officer will involve:

  • Detailed knowledge of Fire Regulation and Building Control Regulations associated with residential accommodation and social housing.
  • Detailed knowledge of Safety legislation and best practice associated with residential accommodation and social housing.
  • Experience of managing contractors delivering technical works.
  • Experience of managing risk assessment and safety assessment process and procedures.
  • Experience of working as part of a team and delivering efficiencies through effective use of new technology and system processes.

As Building Safety Officer, we need you to have:
