Job Title: Luxury Host / FOH
Location: Mayfair
Hourly Rate: £12 - £14
Contract Details: Temporary, Ad-hoc cover shifts also full-time bookings available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIPs and UHNWIs in a luxury automotive environment
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Assist with check-in process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients
- Escort clients to designated areas and provide relevant information about the facility
- Engage in conversations with clients, building rapport and creating a positive atmosphere
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing reservations and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate services and ensure a smooth flow of operations
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by supporting colleagues as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front of House, or Host, preferably in a luxury setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
