Operations Director required for exciting project based in the Doncaster area, with an award-winning family run business. With strong growth plans in place a new addition is needed to the operations team to take things forward and champion business growth.
We are seeking an experienced operations director looking for a new challenge or operations manager looking to step up who has previously worked in a similar environment growing a business who has a strategic mindset and excellent people skills.
You are required to have strong P&L experience to fully manage this, planning and adapting accordingly. You will be managing a growing team of engineers, project managers, sales, office staff and management ensuring stability and growth on all fronts whilst keeping that small business feel. You will be overseeing a huge part of the business relieving the MD of the day to day running on the operation. You will plan an integral part of taking the business to the next level.
