We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Nurse to join a well-established, supportive GP surgery in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role or take on a long-term locum position—depending on your availability and career goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and chronic disease management in a primary care setting
- Administer vaccinations, wound care, and cervical screening
- Provide health promotion and lifestyle advice to patients
- Assist in the management of long-term conditions such as asthma, COPD, and diabetes
- Work collaboratively with GPs and the wider practice team to ensure effective patient care
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a UK GP surgery or primary care setting
- Confident in using clinical systems (EMIS/SystmOne ideal)
- Skilled in chronic disease management and treatment room duties
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
