As a Registered Manager, you will:
- Conduct Business Development to increase awareness of services
- Work closely with the recruitment team to identify areas of expansion
- Grow professional working relationships with South Gloucestershire County Council
- Support in the set up of the new branch
- Ensure the services are compliant with CQC regulations
- Supervise the delivery of care, ensuring clients needs are met
To be successful as a Registered Manager, you will:
- Hold or be willing to work towards a NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
- Have a Can-Do attitude
- Be experienced in Business Development
- Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle
My client are offering a salary of up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
