Our client based in Kempston is looking to recruit a Product Support Technician to join their team.
The equipment sold to businesses monitor the supply of occupational hygiene and environments within the work place, which is distributed World Wide
As Product Support Technician you will be responsible for assisting their customers, with product testing, repair and regular servicing of their equipment.
Also understanding customers systems and operations and how they interact with company applications.
About you
To be successful for the role of Product Support Technician you must be / have:
- Knowledge and understanding in electronic, electrical or instrumentation (essential)
- Experience with component level fault finding
- HNC/ONC equivalent in electronics (desirable but not essential)
- Competent with MS office, especially Word and Excel
FULL PRODUCT TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN.
The salary will be based on technical knowledge or experience.
