My client is an established High Street firm with multiple offices across the North West who are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer.
Residential Conveyancing Duties:
- Working on a wide range of residential property transactions freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Business development through building relationships with Estate Agents, other introducers of work including knowledge of and involvement in local community networking.
- Other business development activities for the firm under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing Manager
What type of Residential Conveyancing profile are we looking for:
- At least Two Years Qualified or Fee Earning experience.
- To work as part of a team or without supervision and requiring no admin support
- Able to use a combination of both paper and electronic files
- To present a professional image both electronically, verbally and face to face with clients
- Good organisational skills
