Our Kidlington based client is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to produce the end-to-end pay in a multi-site business.
Salary is negotiable according to skills & experience for this full-time office-based role, working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours.

Key Duties:
- Maintaining accurate employee records within the business' payroll software
- Query resolution & investigation
- Updating of PAYE coding change notices
- Processing & reporting of PAYE related instructions to & from HMRC
- Compiling payroll data
- Nominal Journal preparation
- Net Pay, PAYE and NIC Reconciliations
- Company car reporting
- SSP, SMP, SPP calculation
- Balancing and submission of pension contributions
- Conflict resolution for dealing with disputes between employees and managers' pay enquiries
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 3 years end to end payroll experience using established payroll software
- Comprehensive understanding of tax and payroll legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience of both alpha and numeric formula
- Computer literacy in using Microsoft Office suite and payroll software
