Working with some of the biggest brands in the UK, helping them process and build their orders of things like Racking, or storage systems. You will guide, support and project manage in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
You will manage customer orders from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards. You will cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, generate quotations, and follow up on leads. Additionally, you will provide technical support to customers and process orders, encompassing tasks such as job file management, parts and bill of materials creation, supplier liaison, purchase order processing, drawing creation, documentation, and CRM system maintenance. Site visits may be required, and you will contribute to general office administration while collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver accurate work.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Project management experience.
- CAD experience (AutoCAD preferred, training available).
- Background in the racking or materials handling industry.
- Design experience in storage, metalwork, or industrial design.
