This is a super exciting opportunity for a Receptionist, Administrator, or Customer Service professional to join a developing and expanding company to help progress their career.

As a Receptionist, you will act as the first point of contact to external visitors both in person and over the phone which will require you to deliver a high quality of customer service which is friendly, helpful, professional, resourceful.

My client, who are based in Bicester, are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their office - parking on site is provided!

They are an organisation within the property industry who always strive to deliver the highest level of customer service to their customers - they are one of the leading companies in their area!

Description

Key responsibilities of the Receptionist include:

  • Overseeing visitor bookings through the companies system, ensuring visitors are logged in on arrival
  • Taking control of a switchboard, incoming calls for the business, forwarding to appropriate members of staff and taking messages where appropriate
  • Authorise meeting room bookings
  • Support engineers with administrative tasks when required
  • Receive and coordinate the post and email enquiries received to the general enquiries and reception inbox
  • Assist with inducting of new staff, ensuring correct documentation is in place
  • Providing administrative support to Office Management and Facilities when required
  • Making sure the main reception area is always kept clean and tidy
  • Providing high quality customer service to both staff and guests
  • Ensuring that the service and experience delivered meets the companies values
  • Good team player, reliable and good timekeeper

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous customer service experience in a front of house/receptionist role
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office suite
  • Flexible and organised
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Someone who is friendly, helpful, professional, and resourceful
