Creative Content Manager

Location: Hartlebury, with flexibility to regularly work from home/home-based, with occasional travel to the office in line with our client's hybrid working policy

Hours: Full-time

Reports to: Head of Marketing

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a passionate and talented Creative Content Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to produce high-quality photography and design exceptional marketing collateral for both online and offline channels. You will play a key part in enhancing the brand's external image and activities, working closely with the Head of Marketing and overseeing a Creative Content Apprentice.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography:

  • Deliver high-quality product photography for new product launches and the core range.
  • Manage all aspects of photography shoots, including studio and equipment maintenance, location sourcing, and propping.
  • Edit and retouch images to the required standard, maintaining the image library and briefing third-party suppliers as needed.

Design:

  • Create printed collateral including brochures, in-store point of sale, and exhibition stands.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and professionally represent our client.
  • Develop digital assets for websites and social media platforms, and design for external activities like exhibitions and PR events.

Marketing:

  • Continuously improve the brand identity, rolling out designs across business touchpoints.
  • Ensure showroom displays are current and optimised as sales tools.
  • Build relationships with key departments to meet project deadlines.

Creative Content Apprentice Management:

  • Manage and support the Creative Content Apprentice throughout their course.
  • Sign off on work from the Apprentice, with ultimate approval from the Head of Marketing.
  • Oversee the Apprentice's workload and manage their involvement in shoots and edits.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Highly proficient in The Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office suite and WordPress.
  • Knowledge of social and richer content.
  • Possess a 'can do' attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong initiative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and creative flair.
  • Understanding of print and production processes
  • Full UK driving licence.
