**Your Daily Responsibilities

:

  • Maintenance Management:

  • Handle maintenance issues effectively within appropriate timeframes.

  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

  • Key and Contractor Management:

  • Maintain a key register and manage a database of contractors.

  • Property Coordination:

  • Coordinate end-of-tenancy and pre-tenancy work with letting branches.

  • Arrange property inspections.

  • Negotiation and Dispute Resolution:

  • Negotiate deposit deductions between landlords and tenants.

  • Team Support:

  • Be the go-to person for team queries, ensuring processes and compliance are followed.

**The Ideal Candidate

:

  • Experience:

  • Essential experience in property management.

  • Preferably experienced in building and retaining portfolio stock.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Highly organised, with great time management and prioritization skills.

  • IT literate with proficiency in property management systems.

  • Personality:

  • A bright, enthusiastic personality with a "can-do" attitude.

  • Strong sense of humor and team spirit.

  • Qualifications:

  • ARLA Qualified (preferred but not essential).
