**Your Daily Responsibilities
:

Maintenance Management:

Handle maintenance issues effectively within appropriate timeframes.

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Key and Contractor Management:

Maintain a key register and manage a database of contractors.

Property Coordination:

Coordinate end-of-tenancy and pre-tenancy work with letting branches.

Arrange property inspections.

Negotiation and Dispute Resolution:

Negotiate deposit deductions between landlords and tenants.

Team Support:

Be the go-to person for team queries, ensuring processes and compliance are followed.
**The Ideal Candidate

Experience:

Essential experience in property management.

Preferably experienced in building and retaining portfolio stock.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
