Service Desk Analyst

We urgently require a Service Desk Analyst for our prestigious client.

Responsibilities -

  • Initial triage of tickets
  • Logging tickets in Remedy with all relevant detailed information
  • Identifying issues, apply fix if known, Escalating tickets to relevant team if unable to resolve
  • Password resets for various systems including Active Directory.
  • Updating drivers on laptops Investigating faults within applications
  • Supporting Audio Visual equipment based on Microsoft Teams
  • Supporting desk setups Desk side support visits to end users

This role is INSIDE IR35 and requires being on client site in Hampshire 5 days per week.
