A large 3 form entry Primary school in rural Cambourne, Cambridgeshire are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support assistant to join their growing SEN Team to work 121 with multiple students with learning difficulties. Working closely with the SENCO, you will tailor learning resources to each individual as well as working with the team to cultivate a safe and secure environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work alongside teachers to create alternative learning options
  • Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment
  • Give 121 support to students who may be struggling
  • Follow learning plans and tailor resources to reflect these

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Prior experience with children is preferred
  • Capable of adapting to various classroom settings
  • Strong communication skills for building and nurturing connections
