We are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing business with exciting progression and prospects, promoting and encouraging sustainability.
The role
- Lead the development of the brand marketing strategy across a number of iconic brands to enhance awareness and attract new customers.
- Shape the brand strategy, overseeing marketing events, PR initiatives, and media engagements.
- Collaborate closely with the network of agencies and partners to foster strong relationships and ensure impactful brand representation.
- Drive the campaign process to deliver creative, engaging, and customer-centric campaigns informed by robust insights.
- Execute the brand media strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Manage the events calendar, selecting and delivering impactful events that resonate with our audience.
- Develop and manage communication plans for contracted ambassadors, integrating the company and ambassador channels seamlessly.
Requirements:
- Proven marketing experience, ideally within consumer-facing brands/B2C
- Experience in both online and offline marketing channels.
- Successful track record in managing large-scale marketing projects including campaigns, events, PR, and paid media.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
