Conveyancing Executive – Maidstone

We have a superb new opening for an accomplished and enthusiastic Conveyancing professional to join and support this well-established and high performing team! An excellent opportunity to work alongside expert colleagues, building on your skills and knowledge.
You will be supporting the team with a range of Conveyancing duties, including:
- Property sales and purchases from instruction to completion
- Plot sales
- New build transactions
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
About you:
- You will be experienced and comfortable in running a full and varied caseload with proven fee earning experience.
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
- You will be a keen self-starter, resilient and have a high level of regard and attentiveness in your work.
- If you also have experience of practice management systems, this will be desirable, however not essential.
