Cobalt is working with a large (and growing) student accommodation provider to find a Maintenance Operative to oversee the upkeep of a site in South Bermondsey.

The role will include tasks listed below, but are not limited to:
- Carry out a daily visual inspection of the property and report any damage/required repairs to the Area office.
- Ensure all common parts lighting are in good working order, and ensure adequate spares are on hand.
- Conduct regular inspections on health and safety equipment.
- Carry out regular site inspections and identify any potential hazards that may arise.
- Provide site access to all contractors and visitors where necessary.
- Assist Handyperson/Gardener in carrying out general maintenance duties on the development.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in providing grounds and maintenance support within a similar role, and be a proven problem-solver.
