Description

  • Provide financial management and strategic direction to the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Develop and implement financial models to aid decision making.
  • Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed.
  • Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends.
  • Research and report on factors influencing business performance.
  • Develop business relationships with external auditors and statutory organisations.
  • Manage budgets and produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
  • Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A fully qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA
  • Proven experience in a similar finance role.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial individuals.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
