Description
- Provide financial management and strategic direction to the Accounting & Finance department.
- Develop and implement financial models to aid decision making.
- Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed.
- Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends.

- Develop business relationships with external auditors and statutory organisations.

Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A fully qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA
- Proven experience in a similar finance role.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial individuals.

- Excellent understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
