Pay Rate: £12-13 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated School Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
  • Student Records: Maintain and update student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for parents, students, and staff, handling inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school office, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of school events and activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and data protection.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices and managing petty cash.

Requirements:

  • DBS Check: A valid enhanced DBS check is required.
  • Full Registration: Must be fully registered with Reed if successful, including 5 year referencing and suitable checks.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
