experienced Recruitment Consultant

to join our sales team at the Heathrow Airport office in Slough.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in commercial or industrial recruitment, coupled with Team Leader experience, who are ready for the next step in their career.

Salary is

£28,000 - £32,000 basic per annum with on target earning of £15,000.

As a

Senior Recruitment Consultant

, you will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on selling temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to clients within the commercial aviation industry. The role will involve minor travel to UK airports for recruitment open days and client meetings. You will be responsible for managing and developing the team, nurturing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and matching candidate skills with relevant vacancies.

UK Driving licence is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities of the

Senior Recruitment Consultant

:

  • Selling a range of consultancy services through market research and lead generation.
  • Day-to-day management and development of the recruitment team.
  • Management of client accounts and delivering exceptional service.
  • Generating new business appointments through networking, telesales, and social media.
  • Matching candidate skills and experience to vacancies within airport and non-airport recruitment campaigns.

Requirements of the

Senior Recruitment Consultant

:

  • Proven track record as a full 360 Recruitment Consultant selling permanent/temporary recruitment solutions.
  • Proficiency in generating business leads through canvassing and networking.
  • Experience working to financial targets and managing client accounts.
  • Possession of a full, clean UK manual driving license with at least 12 months of driving experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
