Do you have Legal Secretary experience and are looking for a new challenge? Are you a legal graduate who is looking for your first role within a legal setting?

We are recruiting for a well-established legal practice that prides itself on delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Typing of legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing case files and client care documentation
  • Supporting fee earners with practical tasks, including contract drafting and land registration
  • Handling financial aspects of files
  • Providing telephone and general administrative support

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role
  • Strong typing and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with case management systems
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of the legal sector
