A fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable company assisting them with all Administration functions. This small but well established team are looking for a strong Administrator to work closely with the Senior Directors. A varied position that will suit someone who strives to be an integral part of a business and work closely as a team in achieving big goals.

Duties

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Monitoring and ordering stock and stationery
  • Updating and managing databases and portals
  • Supporting with any ad hoc projects such as research tasks, events, special projects, etc.
  • General office housekeeping - ensuring a tidy and clean environment for staff and visitors

Experiences

  • Good computer skills, experience of Microsoft Office and other bespoke systems
  • Ability to work to targets in line with business priorities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm
  • You must be able to use your own initiative
