Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) students? We are seeking a confident and compassionate Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Haringey starting this September. This contract role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to SEN students, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of tailored lesson plans and learning activities.
- Support the emotional and social development of students, promoting positive behavior and interactions.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and SEN coordinators.
- Implement and adapt learning strategies to support the academic growth of SEN students.
- Assist in classroom management and organization to create a conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to develop and implement Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs).
- Support students with personal care tasks, if required, ensuring their comfort and dignity.

Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN students in a primary school setting.
- Confidence in managing and supporting students with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
