Job description:

Join a dynamic team to shape and advance a state-of-the-art platform. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering teams to tackle complex challenges and approach platform design with a practical mindset. By utilising modern tools, languages, and platforms, you will help ensure the efficient, secure, and scalable delivery of high-performance products.

  • Apply your knowledge of AWS, MongoDB, and JavaScript/Typescript to design and deploy scalable, cloud-native solutions with an emphasis on serverless technologies.
  • Use Terraform and the Serverless Framework to implement infrastructure-as-code, ensuring consistent and reliable application deployment.
  • Continuously enhance CI/CD tooling to improve development and release processes, guaranteeing high-quality and secure delivery.
  • Develop essential core tools to alleviate the cognitive load for engineering teams, facilitating the quick delivery of high-quality features**.**

Technologies you'll have experience with:

Ideally you will come from a software engineering background and have the ability to write and understand software code - we're not too fussed about the language.

Ideally, you have 5+ years of commercial but don't let that stop you from applying if you feel you'd be a good fit.

  • AWS and Terraform
  • Good knowledge of databases, ideally MongoDB
  • CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker
  • Lambda, API Gateway, Serverless framework, IaC
