Job Title: Community Care Officer
Location: Haringey
Pay Rate: £20 Per hour
Job Type: Full Time/Contract
The Role
To deal with telephone, written, emailed enquiries and respond appropriately to customer enquiries, complaints, requests for information and service requests and assist customers in their understanding and completion of relevant documents forms, applications and registrations, over the telephone, including where appropriate addressing their special needs (disability, translation, interpretation requirements etc)
The Candidate
- Awareness and understanding of the part that adult social care plays in maximising independence of vulnerable adults.
- Ability to develop positive and productive relationships with people, including the ability to empathise, motivate and inspire as well as fulfilling your part of any requirement.
