Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
£28,000 - £34,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking a Document Controller with a background in construction, architectural, engineering or quantity surveying and experience, to support in the delivery of architectural projects. This role is based fully on-site in central London.

The Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role in the Construction Industry.
- This position is suitable for someone with 1-5 years' experience.
- Proficient in Procure and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with document control procedures and best practices.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to document control.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Our client is an owner of 400 properties across the UK, and you will be responsible for procuring and managing contracts and documents associated with these projects.
- You will provide key support to the Project Managers based on sites.
- Projects can range from anywhere from £1mill - £5mill in value.
- Maintain and update company documents and records in an organized manner.
- Ensure all documents are properly labelled, stored, and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and compile the necessary documentation.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Track document revisions and maintain version control. Provide support during audits or inspections to ensure compliance with document control processes.
- Collaborate with team members to assist in the development and implementation of improved document control systems, processes and procedures.
