Your Mission:
- Be the go-to expert for customer enquiries, providing outstanding service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Manage service cases swiftly and effectively
- Expand your skills in small & medium business IT solutions (Microsoft Windows, Office 365, networking, and more)
About You:
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an MSP setting
- Confident communicator with a knack for organisation
- Ready for occasional paid overtime
- Driver's license & car required due to location
