A growing company in the events sector is seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Administrator. This role supports both the Operations and Events departments and involves a variety of administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, methodical, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities
- Respond to generic email inboxes and direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
- Liaise with suppliers and obtain competitive rates and terms.
- Create and manage supplier rate comparison spreadsheets.
- Managing and processing data
- Assist in generating client quotes and follow up as needed.
- Cross-check supplier invoices and reconcile them with internal data.
- Update internal systems with booking and supplier information (training provided).
- Support general office administration including answering phones, scanning, filing, and ordering supplies.
**Candidate Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.
- Positive team player with a can-do attitude.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus but not essential.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
