In the role of a Hire Coordinator, you will play an integral part in the Sales Support department. You will be responsible for Administration of Quotes for the sales teams.

Description

    1. Record movement of the Hire Fleet assets into and out of the Hire Centre, including maintaining stock availability records, special drawings file and unit movement register. Where appropriate, and in the Manager's absence, this could include liaising with employed and sub contract trades, completing the pre-delivery inspection and liaising with hauliers
  1. Provide appropriate statistical information on a weekly/monthly basis as required.

  2. Expedition of monies owed, in line with company guidelines and procedures.

  3. General administration i.e. stationary, literature.

Profile

A successful Hire Coordinator should have:

A solid Admin Background

be able to build Quotes and use Microsoft systems

Job Offer

Weekly pay of between £12 and £14 per hour depending on experience
