Billing Administrator
Hourly rate - £20.00 p/h
Accountancy Action is currently working on behalf of a Recruitment company in the City looking for a Billing Administrator on a temporary on-going basis. They are looking for someone to start ASAP.
Job Purpose:
- Work through weekly billing processes (eg. Raising and sending of weekly invoices)
- Work with operations and credit control to ensure billing is accurate.
- Work with the invoice queries team to resolve various issues
- Support management with any queries and reconciliations of the weekly invoices received from the clients.
- Pick up/help with billing adjustments.
- Alert line manager to any potential or ongoing Invoice issues
