Base Location: West London, Slough or Reading
Salary: £33,063 - £38,404 plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Full Time | 18-month Fixed Term Contract | Flexible working options available
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join our busy team in Thames Valley providing support to the delivery team in Large Connections.
We are looking for someone with great customer service skills to ensure our customers remain at the core of every decision.
Roles & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support management reporting of KPIs including Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management, Portfolio Reporting, Project Planning, Project Controls and Project Cost Performance.
- Manage the deployment of current PMO processes that will ensure consistency and strive to improve performance standards.
- Handling large volumes of complex data and employ your analysis skills to draw recommendations for management.
- Opportunity to get involved in multiple Projects working with various stakeholders to underpin our development goals.
- Supporting in the provision of pre-construction packs in an efficient and effective manner so that we will achieve our business targets.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, it would be beneficial for you to have:
- Experience of working as a Project Support Officer in a utility company or project delivery organisation.
- Experience of Project governance and improving project processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- A project management qualification would be an advantage.
- The ability to communicate, influence making sure information is presented accurately and understood by everyone involved.
