We are seeking a diligent and professional IFA Administrator to support our team of Independent Financial Advisors. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong background in financial services administration.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Provide administrative support to Independent Financial Advisors, ensuring efficient operation of the office.
- Process and follow up on client documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage client databases, keeping records up to date and accurate.
- Prepare reports and financial summaries for client meetings.
- Liaise with clients, providing high-quality customer service and handling queries.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain the advisors' schedules.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and systems to improve efficiency.
IFA Administrator Required Skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative role within the financial services sector.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
