Web Content/CRM Specialist - Hybrid working

Global Health and Wellness company are looking for a experienced Web Content specialist to join their European Head Office team. Hybrid working - 3 days office/2 days remote

The Web Content Specialist role is crucial in maintaining high-quality user experiences by ensuring

meticulous standards in website maintenance, page buildouts and testing across the diverse platforms.

 Manage content across multiple content management systems (CMS) including Crownpeak and

Hybris, liaising with team members and departments to ensure deliverables meet the needs and

standards of the Pan-European operation.

 Upload content in multiple languages to various platforms including the shop, corporate brand

site, event sites, following company protocols and processes

 Operate across a variety of different language websites, with translations provided

 Support build, preview and launch verification for our regular product and promotion launches

 Collaborate and coordinate with team members to assist in testing the launch of new pages and

sites and improvements made to existing sites

 Identify, plan and implement website changes to enhance the user experience

 Investigate, remedy and / or report any operational and technical issues

 Serve as an up-to-date in-house training resource for digital platforms

 Work with HTML and CSS to create accurate, complete, discoverable and usable digital content

Qualifications and Experience

 Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, IT or a directly

relevant subject is preferable but not essential

 Experience of web content administration and web content management systems

 One or more years' experience in a similar role involving managing and implementing intranets or

collaboration software

 Proficient understanding of the components of common web technology (HTML, CSS,

JavaScript)

 Understanding of related web content aspects such as SEO, Google Analytics and other site

optimisation and related tools to help determine, analyse and optimise user experience
